Here’s how our
service works:

book your no obligation appointment
with an adviser. Or you can email
us.
2. You
can visit our offices or we will come
to you at a time convenient to you. We
have advisers available in the evenings
and weekends.
3. We’ll discuss your current
situation, give you advice you
on the best way of achieving your
aims and make any recommendations.
4. We will generate/collate
all the paperwork relevant to an
application and go through all of this
with you at a second meeting.
5. We submit the application
and deal with the lenders on your
behalf.
Once your mortgage has completed, you can
sign up for our mortgage
watcher service
to ensure you never pay more than
you need to.
